Chapter III- Calories, Calories, Calories- I reveal a logical framework to understanding calories and their relationship to our bodies.
 
Chapter IV- “Diets”- I do not believe in dieting, hence the quotations in my title. I discuss familiar diet trends such as Atkins, The South Beach Diet, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers etc. and explain the reasons why ALL these diets are unhealthy and inevitably fail.
